Chef Blake Bethem has over 25 years experience creating culinary delights, formerly with the local Bistro Bethem, and here now at Vivify for the past 5 years. We can host your event here at Vivify on our rooftop deck, courtyard or dining room, or cater your company’s event, luncheon or private party. In-home cooking classes are a customer favorite, as well as chef made dinner parties.
